Housing Support is a state-funded program designed to cover room and board, along with basic services, for seniors and adults with disabilities who have limited incomes. Maverick Unified Services is a contracted Housing Support provider in Dakota and Carver counties, accepting referrals through Maverick's Housing Support Program, Dakota County Social Services, Carver County Health and Human Services, and SMAC Coordinated Entry.

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) provided by Maverick Mental Health offer a wide range of support to assist individuals in developing and enhancing psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, as well as independent living and community skills. Whether individuals are transitioning home from a state hospital or working to improve their independent living abilities, ARMHS tailors its services to meet the unique needs of each person with a mental illness.

Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) is an innovative Home and Community Based Service  designed to aid individuals with disabilities in securing housing. This comprehensive program assists in establishing a sustainable living budget, fostering connections with landlords and neighbors for community support, and ensuring understanding of lease obligations

Eligibility for HSS requires individuals to be 18 years or older, receiving Medical Assistance, experiencing housing instability, and having a disability or disabling condition necessitating support services. Admission into the Maverick Unified Services HSS Program is contingent upon verification by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS)..

 MNsure Navigation is a specialized service aimed at assisting individuals in navigating the complexities of Minnesota's health insurance marketplace, MNsure. Maverick Unified Services is contracted to provide MNsure Navigator services by the State of Minnesota. Our dedicated team provides personalized guidance to help individuals enroll in health insurance plans through MNsure, ensuring they have access to essential healthcare services.
